Recently, I have been forced to use a Comcast remote while living in Houston temporarily. The experience, like most cable services, has been awful. This is the main reason I’m featuring this article, but it’s a very useful exercise for any UX designer to take on. It’s always nice to see an interface be drastically improved through basic simplification.
